North Carolina: Where A Bill To Create “Cell Phone-Free Education” Turns Into Praising The “Big, Beautiful Bill”

On February 10th, House Bill 87 was initially filed.

The third edition of the bill came a little over a month later with some changes.

AND THEN IT TRANSFORMED INTO SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
